a delicious tropical fish filet sometimes called moonfish…simply pan roasted, served on a bed of brown rice pilaf and fresh vegetables then topped with a savory-sweet mango salsa
Fried Chicken
fresh, local chicken, slow roasted, breaded then deep fried, served with fresh corn pudding and mashed potatoes
Bistro Special: Zucchini-Tomato Verrine
a little bit smaller portion…a verrine is a salad in a glass. Layers of diced roma tomatoes & zucchini seasoned with fresh herbs, lemon and a touch of cumin and a light mascarpone cream all topped off with a crisp slice of prosciutto

Trout with Latkes
half of a fresh, boneless, northwest trout served napped with sauce beurre blanc, two crisp potato latkes, two eggs as you like them and toast
Kalua Pork Benedict
pork roast, brined, wrapped in banana leaves, roasted all day and into the night, shredded then layered on a crisp english muffin with poached eggs, draped with a spicy sweet hollandaise sauce then served with Milo’s breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit

We will be open on Wednesday, July 4 so that we can share the Independence Day holiday with you. We will be serving breakfast from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and dinner from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

a lattice of thick sliced pepper bacon layered with italian sausage and a generous rub of honey-hickory spice blend, throw on some crisp bacon bits, roll it all up, bake it until it’s crisp and delicious then serve a couple of slices with a maple bbq sauce, two eggs as you like them, Milo’s breakfast potatoes and toast

simply broiled to medium rare, served on a salad of spring greens tossed in a fresh berry & tomato vinaigrette topped with a fresh berry salsa then surrounded by candied hazelnuts, tomatoes and onions
Roast Lemon Chicken
half of a fresh, naturally raised & fed chicken, rubbed with olive oil, lemon zest, some fancy salt & fresh herbs, slow roasted then served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables
Bistro Special: Meatloaf Slider Trio
a little bit smaller portion…a trio of petite meatloaf sandwiches…beef stuffed with blue cheese and bacon, pork rubbed with honey hickory bbq rub and chicken studded with pesto & mozzarella cheese… all served on homemade rolls with a small salad
