the best salmon of the year, basted with lemon, olive oil and some fancy salt, simply broiled then served with a pesto risotto cake and fresh vegetables
BBQ Baby Back Ribs
half a rack of baby back ribs, lightly smoked, roasted slow and low in our own recipe, spicy sweet bbq sauce then served with fresh corn on the cob and potato salad
Bistro Special: Linguini al Greco with Calamari
a little bit smaller portion…linguini tossed with good olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs and a touch of feta cheese then topped with crisp fried calamari

Huevos Rancheros
two, thick flour tortillas topped with a nest of crisp potatoes, seasoned black beans, and two eggs as you like them, draped with breakfast spicy salsa rancheros, sour cream and green onions
Philly Steak Benedict
shaved beef, peppers and onions all grilled, layered on a crisp english muffin with two poached eggs, draped with a horseradish scented hollandaise sauce then served with Milo’s breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit

half of a fresh, naturally raised & fed chicken, rubbed with olive oil, lemon zest, some fancy salt & fresh herbs, slow roasted then served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

fresh, boneless chicken breast rolled around shaved prosciutto and crab legs then poached, served sliced with a fresh basil beurre blanc then served with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables

Strawberry rhubarb jam at Milo’s City Cafe. I love that sweet-tart combination. Strawberry alone in baked goods is too sweet and flat for me. But with rhubarb, oh, with rhubarb…!
